PARKING
Please do not park in the closed areas at the main entrance of the hotel. A large indoor and outdoor parking is at your disposal at the back of the hotel. If you necessitate a garage, please contact the reception desk.
BICYCLE STORAGE
A closed garage is at your disposal free of charge for the storage of your bicycles. The hotel is not liable for bicycles left unattended in other areas. For the key to the garage, please contact the reception staff.
COMPLAINTS / SUGGESTIONS
We endeavour to make your stay perfect. In case of complaints or suggestions please contact to the head of the department concerned or the hotel manager so we can solve your problem immediately.
SMOKING
The law prohibits smoking in public areas of the hotel as well as in the rooms. Please respect this ban.
ELECTRICITY
The power of your room is 220 volts. Kindly turn off the lights when you leave the room.
CLEANING
The cleaning of the rooms takes place from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, please put it back in your room before 12:30 pm to allow the daily cleaning of the room.
TOWELS
The laundering of towels involves the use of large amounts of water, detergents and electric energy. If you want your towels changed, simply leave them on the floor. Please limit the use of towels to the room only. To access the pool you will find a colourful robe and towel in the room, and a colourful bathing cap.
KEYS
For security reasons, we recommend that you never leave your room key in the lock of the door, neither inside or outside.
BREAKDOWNS
We hope that the assigned room is to your liking. If there is any breakdown during your stay, please contact the reception desk, who will immediately send a maintenance technician.
SILENCE
In respect of other guests please do not cause noise and moderate your volume from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep your tone down in the corridors and on the stairs.
LUGGAGE
For transportation and storage of luggage please contact the reception staff.
TELEVISION
Each room is equipped with satellite TV. Currently we have channels in the following languages: Italian, German, French, English,Russian and Spanish.
THERMAL SPA POOLS
OPENING HOURS
The pool area is open daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. The thermal spa pools are available, with lifeguard supervision, at the following times: from 7:30 am to 12:30 noon, from 1.00 pm to 7.30 pm and from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Please respect this time, avoiding entering the water without a lifeguard.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATION
To ensure excellent water conditions, please wear a bathing cap and take a shower with soap before entering the water. We also recommend that you wear non-slip footwear in swimming pools. For safety reasons, children can use the pool only if accompanied. We kindly ask you to respect the prohibitions for the indoor and outdoor pool for the welfare of all guests. We invite you to maintain a respectful behavior in the pools and to consult and respect the rules posted at the entrance.
LOUNGES IN THE SPA CENTRE
Lounges are free and cannot be reserved. All guests have the same right to use them. Please do not put clothing or other objects on the lounges to save them. If necessary, the hotel staff will collect your items to free the lounges.

In the central part, opposite the thermal pools, our modern fitness centre with Technogym equipment is available to you every day from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
WELLNESS AREA
THERMAL SPA CENTRE
The spa is located on the ground floor of the hotel and may be reached directly by the lifts. The coordinator of the department is happy to advise you and meet your requests regarding times. To call the spa please dial 941.
Located on the first floor, the Armonia centre offers massages and treatments for face and body. The coordinator is pleased to advise you and is at your disposal to book treatments.
ROOM FOR INHALATION TREATMENTS
The inhalation and aerosol room is located within the spa and is open from Monday to Saturday
from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
MEDICAL CLINIC
Our doctors take appointments every day, morning and afternoon (except Saturday afternoon). The clinic is located on the first floor, inside the Armonia spa. Please ask for confirmation of your appointment at the reception desk.

SAFETY AND FIRE
Fire regulations and the signs indicating emergency exits are clearly visible. In case of fire, follow the instructions on the emergency plan that you find in your room along with staff instructions. Go to the designated meeting point outside the building, in the parking area. The hotel was awarded the Fire Prevention Certificate, issued by the Ministry of Interior, Fire Department.
